Dear viewers, readers, and friends,
Yes, it has been a long time since we exchanged ideas and thoughts. This was because of my being drafted to the e committee of the Supreme Court as its vice-chairperson. Now that I am back in action, let us resume the journey towards more efficient adjudication and advocacy. Let us prepare young entrants to the Bar, as also those preparing to join the Bar, in court craft, etiquette and of course basics of Law. Simultaneously, let us help those who want to make judicial service their career to find out if they have qualities to successfully climb the judicial ladder, and then of course, prepare them for judgeship examinations.
As we undertake this journey, let me also share with you a serialized fictional account of life in courts in a book to be shortly published, titled, “My Lords, it’s you in the mirror.” Hopefully, it will be an entertaining interlude in otherwise serious study. Your comments and suggestions in making this endeavor useful will always be welcome.
